STARTER MOTOR CORE DISCLAIMER If you have purchased a rebuilt starter motor from us, and want to send a core for a refund, you must follow the following guidelines: -----A "core" is defined as a complete used motor. We can accept the core based on our current inventory and will honor core-value based on the site's values and the date of purchase. -----We will not accept any core that has broken cases, wrong parts, missing parts, rust damage, or those that have fire damage--or have exploded. cores must be shipped within 30 days from the date you purchased a rebuilt starter from us. -----the following cores are also excepted from having value to us as a trade-in: starters with oil in them, dirt or water damage, broken or badly worn shafts or drives, broken drive-end housings, burned out with fire; broken from install or removal, starters with drive removal, any tampering or rigging, dismantling, grinding, drilling, removal or addition of parts other than original oem design.. Any return of starters must be in original packaging, and never installed. Returns for refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
