--WD-40 ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AFTER THOROUGH CLEANING

--CHECK BATTERY POST TERMINALS FOR CORROSION.  CHECK THE GROUND TO THE FRAME BY DISCONNECTING THE WIRE AND MAKE A CLEAN SURFACE.  GIVE IT A FIRM CONNECTION

HEAT AND VIBRATION IS THE MAIN INGREDIENTS FOR STATOR, RECTIFIER-REGULATOR DYSFUNCTION

NEVER "JUMP START" A MOTORCYCLE BATTERY WITH THE OTHER VEHICLE RUNNING

CROSSING A POSITIVE TERMINAL WITH A NEGATIVE TERMINAL CAN "FRY" A RECTIFIER-REGULATOR--A CDI, A POWER COMMANDER, AN/OR AN IGNITION CONTROLLER

A STATOR HAS THREE (SAME COLOR) WIRES (THREE-PHASE).  SUZUKI USES THREE DIFFERENT COLORS (THE ONLY MANUFACTURER THAT DOES THIS).  OUTPUT ON ALL THREE WIRES MUST BE THE SAME. 

A STATOR DOES NOT REACH CHARGING LOAD UNTIL ABOUT 2500~3000 RPM.
